Nestled on a working coffee plantation at the foot of Mount Meru, just eight miles from Arusha, this charming lodge offers a serene retreat only 30 minutes from Kilimanjaro International Airport—making it an ideal stop at the beginning or end of a northern Tanzania safari.

The main building exudes character, featuring a hand-cut stone façade, a welcoming reception area, and a cozy lounge. Guests can unwind in the warm ambiance of the library, explore curated collections in the boutique, or enjoy refined dining in the on-site restaurant.

Very well organised and executed tour. All the guides were excellent, each brought their own personal experience to the safari. The variety of the wildlife viewing was excellent with a choice of boat, walking, half-day and full-day tours. This gave us a chance to see many different animals and birds. Best of all, most were seen without seeing other Land Rovers and vehicles. Overall excellent, looking forward to the next one!
