Comfortable hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere, in a traditional design with plenty of character. The town centre of Pucón is only a 10-15 minute walk away, but there is also an on-site cafe/bar/restaurant. If coming through Pucón on a self-drive tour, there is parking available at the hotel itself.
We would recommend getting a superior room for the extra bit of space.

Our first day of puma tracking was definitely the highlight. The weather was good and we saw distant pumas in the morning and a group of six around a guanaco kill in the afternoon. Spending 2.5 hours watching the interactions between the different individuals was fascinating.
