Khem Villas
Khem Villas is a luxury jungle camp that offers a serene base from which to explore Ranthambore. The property, once barren grasslands, has been transformed into a lush habitat for local wildlife. The villas and tents are designed with understated elegance, featuring thatched roofs on the villas, traditional teak and rattan furniture, and private verandas that overlook the surrounding grasslands and forest.
Guests at Khem Villas can enjoy a range of activities, from jeep safaris in Ranthambore, to yoga classes and therapeutic spa treatments. The camp is committed to conservation and sustainability, serving only vegetarian food produced from its own organic garden.
Facilities
All room options have air-cooling units and private bathrooms, whilst many have private verandas. There is a spa, yoga space, outdoor fireplace, and organic kitchen garden.
There are two large Private Villas, with large private sun deck, with a hot tub.
Luxury Cottages feature a bath with an open-air outdoor shower, and a large vintage tub. A private courtyard and veranda lead down to the lake within the Khem Villas premises.
Superior Tents are the largest of the tents, with a private veranda, indoor & outdoor shower.
Luxury Tents are built on wooden platforms and supported by a steel frame.
Within the main building are the Deluxe Rooms with Balcony, and the Standard Rooms, all of which have private bathrooms and air-conditioning.
Local Wildlife
Bengal tiger, striped hyena, leopard, jungle cat, jackal, caracal, sloth bear.
Marsh crocodile, monitor lizard.
Sambar, chital (spotted deer), nilgai, wild boar, chinkara (Indian gazelle), Indian hare, mongoose.
Over 300 bird species recorded in Ranthambore.

It was absolutely amazingly fabulous. Wonderful, wonderful sightings of The Ghost. We were so very very fortunate and privileged to have been able to see, not once but each day this amazing cat. Words really cannot describe the trip. I have wanted to do it for so long and not only did it come about but I had spectacular views of the premier Cat. I cannot thank you enough for making a dream come true.
