Located in Chile’s Torres del Paine region, on the edge of magnificent Lake Taro, Patagonia Camp offers a charming mix of adventure and luxury.

Guests can unwind in one 20 elegantly designed yurts, each equipped with central heating, en suite bathrooms, and skylights for stargazing. Many yurts even feature a private jacuzzi, providing a perfect spot to soak in the breathtaking views after a day of exploration. A network of beautiful boardwalks connect the infrastructure of the camp.

Patagonia camp serves as a gateway to a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, and wildlife watching, all while indulging in delicious Patagonian cuisine. With all-inclusive packages available, visitors can enjoy guided excursions and gourmet meals, ensuring a memorable stay in one of the world’s most beautiful natural settings.

Facilities

There is a main communal building, housing the reception desk, lounge area, bar and restaurant. Yurts come in four varieties: Deluxe Yurt, Deluxe Yurt + Jacuzzi, Suite Yurt, and Family Yurt.

Andean puma, Geoffroy's cat, kodkod, Andean mountain cat, lesser grison, hog-nosed skunk, culpeo fox, South American grey fox, Darwin's fox.

Guanaco, Vicuna, huemel (South Andean deer), pudu, armadillo, tuco-tuco, mountain viscacha, common degu, coypu, Patagonian mara.

Andean condor, Magellanic woodpecker, rhea, Austral pygmy owl, black-necked swan, upland goose, torrent duck, Southern crested caracara, Chimango caracara, thorn-tailed rayadito, Austral parakeet, Austral negrito, Southern lapwing, rufous-legged owl.

Optional Activities

Hiking (various circuits with a range of length and difficulty), boat trip on Grey Lake.

Our first day of puma tracking was definitely the highlight. The weather was good and we saw distant pumas in the morning and a group of six around a guanaco kill in the afternoon. Spending 2.5 hours watching the interactions between the different individuals was fascinating.
