Posada de las Flores Loreto

Scroll

One of the Mexico Tourism Board’s ‘Pueblo Magicos’ (Enchanting Towns), Loreto is a charming town, filled with attractive culture and architecture. There is an excellent choice of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. The Posada de las flores boutique hotel is located in the main plaza of Loreto, with some rooms having pleasant views of the palm tree-lined square.

An appealing rooftop terrace possesses a bar and glass-bottom swimming pool, complete with great views of the plaza. Rooms and communal spaces are adorned by artisanal Mexican decor, with traditional colonial floors and Talavera tile accents. Rooms include handmade wooden furniture and are all double occupancy, with breakfast included for each night stay. The pier, malecón (promenade), and Baja Museum of Missions are all within easy reach by foot.

Associated restaurants include the main restaurant, Raiz – Creative Cuisine & Bar; Chicura – SkyLounge, an informal rooftop hangout on the terrace; and San Javier Farm, a ‘sister company’ located within a fabulous rural setting, about an hour’s drive from downtown Loreto.
