The Fjords of Tierra del Fuego from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia
Tour Introduction
Two ships operate this four night expedition cruise through the Fjords of Tierra del Fuego from Punta Arenas in Chile to Ushuaia in Argentina – the M/V Stella Australis and the M/V Ventus Australis. The Stella Australis was constructed in 2010, and the Ventus Australis in 2017. Both ships hold 200 passengers in 100 cabins.
During this four night expedition cruise explore two of the most unspoilt regions on earth – Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. Follow in the footsteps of early explorers and navigate through the legendary maritime channels of the Magellan Straits and Beagle Channel, sail past glaciers, hike through verdant forests, watch elephant seals and Magellanic penguins, and visit remote Cape Horn – a truly unforgettable journey.
During the 2024/2025 season weekly departures are operated on Ventus Australis from 21 September 2024 – 5 April 2025, and on Stella Australis from 19 October 2024 – 24 March 2025. The above rate is based on a Category B cabin in the high season which is usually from November through March.

So good to be able to have the holiday organised for us and to be collected/guided by enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides. Nice for the majority of the accommodation to be all inclusive. Met all our expectations. Nice to be able to review and select our hotels.
